Finding your niche with a story

Not your story — theirs.

A while back I asked my subscribers what was keeping them awake.

It wasn’t website development or copywriting. It was more fundamental. It was, “How do I reach my niche?”

That’s a really good question. You have to solve this before you get to the tactics…before you get to writing, for instance.

Because there’s no point in writing sales copy unless you answer the question, “Who am I targeting?”

Your copy responds to their backstory. What do they say when they come to see you for the first time? What’s the story behind their problem?

And you have to know if they’re going to buy and who makes the buying decision. Who writes the check?

These are the points I made in a recent podcast. Click here to listen on your favorite platform.

Want to find their backstory….the real one? Start with this course.
