How to share your special story with your followers
A content writer posted on social media:
When working to improve yourself: Is it better to do it in a public forum and post about progress along the way, or to internalize it, hunker down, and sort of *sit down, shut up, and DO THE WORK* on your own?
This is a great question It really boils down to, “How will I tell my story?”

Let’s take an example.
You decide you want to improve your health and fitness. You embark on a combination diet-and-exercise program.
Option 1: You invite your followers to follow along as you investigate options: Mediterranean diet? Keto? Intermittent fasting? You share your ups and downs: the time you resisted nibbling the snacks at a networking event, and the time you were feeling frustrated and ate a whole pint of ice cream.
You post weekly for 8 weeks (or more). Depending on your starting point and your goals, you may or may not show significant progress right away..
Option 2: You start your journey and keep a journal. You record — honestly -your feelings each day. At the end of a certain time, you post your journey…
